Membership Hold Policy:
1. Membership holds are available for all members of Crossfit RJ.
2. To place your membership on hold please email firstname.lastname@example.org at
least 7 days before the desired hold period.
3. Once we have received your email we will action the hold and reply to your email
with confirmation within two business days.
4. Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 week (14 days), and a
maximum of 8 weeks (56 days) at a time .
5. You may hold your membership a maximum of two times per calendar year.
6. You may hold your membership once a year free of charge.
7. Any additional hold periods after will incur a holding fee of $5 per week.
8. The holding fee may be paid either: (a) as a lump sum in advance (i.e., the
payment will be debited from your account proceeding membership suspension commencement), or (b) on a weekly schedule (i.e., $5 p/week).
 In exceptional cases your membership can be held for longer time periods. (i.e., medical reasons; supporting documentation may be required to support these claims).
