1. 200m Run
2. 8-12 Dive Bomber Push Ups, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvNcSF-nXg4
3. 2sets 10 Wallball + 10 Slam Balls @9/6kg
4. 10 OH Walking Lunges @20/15kg + 8-10 Burpees, jump forward so that you land on top of the plate
5. Max Hang Off Pull Up Bar
6. Rest


Friday

Pause Front Squat  (2sec pause in the bottom) Work up to a Moderate, quality set of 3 in 10 mins.
