Back Squats
In 20minutes build to Heavy Set of 4 Reps
Then: 2x4@90% of above

EMOM 15minutes
1. 8-12 TTB or 3-7 Bar Muscle Ups
2. 15-25 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
3. Rest


Thursday

3 rounds: In a Group of 3
One Person- Run 200m
One Person -15 KB Swings 32/24kg + Max Effort Burpees
One Person- 15 Hang Power Clean 115/80lbs
Rotate When Person Running Gets Back

At the 20minute Mark:

One Person- Run 200m
One Person- Max Effort Calorie Row
One Person- Max Effort Double Unders(Maximum 100 repetitions)
